Just a Few Tips on Applying Mineral Foundation

Step 1. Clean skin is vital for a flawless finish in your makeup. Apply moisturiser straight after washing and using toner to lock the moisture in. Wait for it to absorb before applying your mineral powder foundation to avoid clumps.
